PRT Evs Teacher – Royal Oak International School, Gurugram
Royal Oak International School in Gurugram is hiring a full‑time PRT Evs Teacher. The role involves delivering the Environmental Studies curriculum to primary classes and fostering awareness of sustainability among young learners.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Evs lessons for classes I‑V, using activity‑based methods and local examples. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and assessments aligned with the school’s syllabus. Monitor student progress, maintain records and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development.
Classroom Management
Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and respect for the environment. Implement classroom rules, manage behaviour positively and ensure compliance with school policies.
Collaboration
Work closely with senior teachers and the school coordinator to integrate cross‑curricular projects and participate in school events, exhibitions and field trips related to environmental education.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred; TET/CTET certification is an advantage. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Evs or a related subject at the primary level.
Salary
Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
