Delhi Scholars International School | Faridabad is looking for an Art And Craft professional to manage its creative programs in Faridabad, Haryana. This full‑time position involves overseeing the school’s art and craft activities, resources and events, ensuring a vibrant environment for student expression.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise daily art and craft sessions and special projects.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory and maintenance of art supplies and equipment.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the art department, tracking expenses and cost‑effectiveness.
- Liaise with parents, external artists and vendors to arrange workshops, exhibitions and community events.
- Maintain detailed records of student participation, project outcomes and resource utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and school policies in all art‑related activities.
- Prepare reports on program performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
- Lead a small support team, providing guidance and scheduling to optimise workflow.
Qualification
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing art‑craft programmes or related administrative roles.
Good to Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- TET/CTET certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills
- Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in visual presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial tracking.
- Ability to lead a small team and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Salary and location
Salary: Rs.14,000 – Rs.22,000 per month.
