Job Description
Responsibilities
You will conduct daily Biology classes for students in The Mindcraft School, ensuring clear and engaging lessons aligned with the Gujarat curriculum. Your focus will be on explaining cellular biology, genetics, ecology, and human physiology in a way students can grasp, using visual aids and hands-on experiments where possible.
You will prepare lesson plans that balance theory with practical demonstrations, such as dissections or lab work, to reinforce learning. Your role also includes monitoring student participation, addressing their doubts in real time, and adapting teaching methods to suit different learning speeds.
You will assess students through periodic tests, projects, and practical evaluations, ensuring evaluations match the school’s assessment standards. Feedback will be given promptly to help students improve, and you will document progress to report to parents and the school management.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field to qualify for this TGT position. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for teaching at this level.
Experience in teaching Biology to students in the 9th to 12th grade is required, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, having passed either exam will be an advantage.

This is a full-time position at The Mindcraft School in Surat City, Gujarat. You will be based in the school’s biology department, working standard school hours with flexibility for lesson planning and preparation.
Your monthly salary will range from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The school provides basic facilities, including access to teaching resources and a supportive work environment.
