PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at The Mindcraft School, Surat
We are looking for a dedicated Mathematics teacher to join The Mindcraft School in Surat, where students learn through engaging and structured lessons. This role involves teaching Mathematics to primary-grade students, fostering a strong foundation in core concepts while adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for mathematics education and a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment.
The PRT Mathematics Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Gujarat state curriculum. Daily instruction will cover topics like arithmetic, geometry, algebra, and problem-solving, ensuring students grasp fundamental skills through interactive activities. Classroom management will include organizing group work, visual aids, and hands-on experiments to enhance understanding.
Assessment and evaluation are key responsibilities. The teacher will regularly monitor student progress through quizzes, projects, and daily observations. Feedback will be given promptly to address any learning gaps, and periodic assessments will track overall improvement. Planning sessions will involve preparing lesson plans, selecting relevant textbooks, and incorporating technology where beneficial.
Professional growth is encouraged through participation in workshops and training programs related to mathematics pedagogy. Collaboration with other teachers and school management will ensure a cohesive approach to teaching standards. The role demands patience, creativity, and a passion for making mathematics accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
This position offers a salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) are preferred, along with a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Experience in teaching primary school students is essential, and a teaching license such as TET or CTET will be an added advantage.
