PGT Hindi Teacher Job in Surat, Gujarat | School Recruitment
The Mindcraft School | Surat seeks a dedicated PGT Hindi teacher to join its dynamic faculty in Surat City. The role involves delivering engaging Hindi lessons to secondary students and contributing to the school’s academic excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver age‑appropriate Hindi curriculum for grades 9‑12.
2. Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with state standards.
3. Conduct regular classroom instruction, fostering critical thinking and linguistic skills.
4. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
5. Mentor and support junior teachers in pedagogical strategies and classroom management.
6. Participate in school meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development activities.
7. Collaborate with parents and school staff to address student progress and wellbeing.
8. Uphold the school’s values and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field, B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the PGT level preferred. Knowledge of modern Hindi literature and language teaching methodologies is essential. TET/CTET certification is not required but a strong teaching record is expected.
Salary and Location
Rs.38,000 – Rs.70,000 per month, Surat City, Surat, Gujarat.
