Qualifications
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Hindi or a related field. Ensure proficiency in Hindi language teaching as per the TET/CTET guidelines, though prior certification is not mandatory for this role. Experience in classroom management and student engagement is essential for this position.
Experience
A minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting where Hindi is taught at the TGT level. Familiarity with CBSE or state board curriculum standards for Hindi will be an advantage. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs is crucial.
Salary and Employment
The selected candidate will be offered a full-time salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month, along with other benefits as per Jain Public School’s policies.
