Job Description
PRT Science Teacher at Delhi Public School, Basantpur in Siwan
Teaching Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to students in Classes 6 to 8 is the core responsibility of this role. You will design engaging lessons that align with the NCERT curriculum while ensuring hands-on experiments and practical work keep learning interactive.
Daily tasks include delivering structured lessons, explaining scientific concepts clearly, and maintaining a classroom environment that fosters curiosity. You’ll also prepare students for state-level exams like CBSE or BSEB by covering key topics with practical examples.
Assessment involves regular evaluations through quizzes, projects, and practical exams to track student progress. Planning ahead is key—you’ll prepare lesson plans, conduct periodic tests, and adjust teaching methods based on student feedback.
To qualify, you must hold a graduate degree along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A teaching experience of at least three years in a similar role is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, it will be an advantage.
This position offers a monthly salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.32,000, providing a stable income while working in Siwan, Bihar. The role is full-time and based at Delhi Public School, Basantpur.
