PRT Hindi Teacher – Navyug Vidyalya, Bhagalpur Sadar, Bihar
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for primary classes, using textbooks and activity‑based methods that engage young learners.
Assess student progress through oral and written exercises, maintain records, and provide feedback to parents during regular meetings.
Collaborate with senior teachers to align the Hindi curriculum with overall school objectives and participate in staff development workshops.
Contribute to school events such as cultural programs, annual day and inter‑school competitions, often assisting in organizing Hindi‑themed activities.
Day‑to‑Day Experience
A typical week involves preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and supervising students during recess and lunch.
Teachers spend time grading assignments, updating attendance registers, and communicating with parents about student performance.
Regular interaction with the school’s senior faculty helps refine teaching strategies and ensures consistency across subjects.
Periodic Responsibilities
At the end of each term, compile comprehensive progress reports and participate in parent‑teacher meetings.
